sm_fortressblast_intro is a ConVar in Fortress Blast, added in version 4.1. When enabled, it causes an introductory message to appear in a player's in-game chat 3 seconds after they join the server, which reads as follows:

#.#.#!
- If you would like to know more or are unsure what a powerup does, type the command !fortressblast into chat.
This ConVar's value is 1 by default.
