sm_fortressblast_intro is a ConVar in Fortress Blast, added in version 4.1. When enabled, it causes a message to appear in chat 3 seconds after a user joins the server, which reads as follows:

[Fortress Blast] This server is running Fortress Blast v#.#.#!
If you would like to know more or are unsure what a powerup does, type the command !fortressblast into chat.

This ConVar's value is 1 by default.
