sm_fortressblast

sm_fortressblast (!fortressblast or /fortressblast if using chat) is a command that opens the Fortress Blast player manual. The manual quickly introduces new players to the plugin, contains information about powerups and Gift Hunt, and also has basic instructions for server owners that are interested in running it. It is designed to be viewed inside the in-game MOTD, but can be viewed on regular web browsers.

If the user of the command is an admin (as set by sm_fortressblast_admin_flag), the command is being executed through the console, or the server is in debug mode, the parameter force can be passed to forcibly show the plugin intro message in chat to all players on the server.
