sm_fortressblast_mannpower
is a ConVar in Fortress Blast, added since release. It controls how to handle Mannpower powerups already placed by the map. If the ConVar is set to 0, they will be completely ignored and left as Mannpower powerups. If the ConVar is set to 1, they will be replaced with Fortress Blast powerups, but only if the current map does not have a powerup spawns file. If the ConVar is set to 2, all Mannpower powerups will be replaced with Fortress Blast powerups, no exceptions. The default value for this ConVar is 2.
