sm_fortressblast_ultra_rate is a ConVar in Fortress Blast, added in version 4.0 with the original name sm_fortressblast_ultra_spawnchance. It controls the chance of Ultra Powerup spawning, from 0 to 100, with 0 disabling it and 100 allowing it to replace all powerups. The default value of the ConVar is 0.1.
