sm_fortressblast_ultra_spawnchance is a ConVar in Fortress Blast, added in version 4.0. It controls the chance of ULTRA POWERUP!! from spawning, from 0 to 100, with 0 disabling it from spawning and 100 making all powerups be ULTRA POWERUP!!. Decimals are supported, and 0.5 is the default value.
