sm_fortressblast_adminflag is a ConVar in Fortress Blast, added in version 3.0.2, originally named sm_fortressblast_admin_flag. It determines what flag will allow the player to use the admin commands sm_setpowerup and sm_spawnpowerup. See the 
AlliedMods wiki for what type of values it accepts. This ConVar will be ignored if debug mode is enabled, allowing anyone to use the commands instead.
