Debug mode is a system in Fortress Blast which is used by developers to maintain Fortress Blast conveniently without the need of affecting end users. The [[ConVars|ConVar]] <code>[[sm_fortressblast_debug]] <0-1></code> will enable or disable debug mode. The two main features of Debug mode are printing extra strings to chat (what strings are printed are not guaranteed to stay the same), and allowing anyone to use the [[sm_setpowerup]] command (but not the [[sm_spawnpowerup]] command at this time).
