sm_fortressblast_spawnroom_kill
was a ConVar in Fortress Blast. It was added to Fortress Blast in version 2.0 and removed in version 5.0.
If the ConVar was set to 1, every player that went inside the enemy team's spawnroom would be immediately killed. This was necessary to prevent exploits with Shock Absorber and Mega Mann that would otherwise allow players to go inside the enemy spawn. The ConVar could be set to 0 to be disabled, for gamemodes such as VS Saxton Hale or zombie game modes in which going inside the enemy's spawnroom was to be expected. The ConVar was set to 1 by default from 2.0, before being changed to 0 in 4.3.2 and being removed entirely in version 5.0.
This ConVar was removed in version 5.0 due to it not being necessary anymore and duplicating functionality in other plugins. If you want to slay players who enter enemy spawnrooms, consider No Enemies In Spawn
