sm_fortressblast_ultra_spawnchance is a ConVar in Fortress Blast. It was added to Fortress Blast in version 4.0.
The ConVar controls the chance of ULTRA POWERUP!! spawning, from 0 to 100, with 0 disabling it and 100 allowing it to replace all powerups. The default value of the ConVar is 0.1.
