Super Jump is the fourth powerup in Fortress Blast. It was included in Fortress Blast's initial release and is taken from the game Marble Blast Gold.
Super Jump launches the user high into the air, allowing players to simulate a rocket or sticky jump without using ammo, or to reach areas normally inaccessible to them. Jumping before using this powerup will cause the height gained to be greater, and a similar case if falling. If Mega Mann is active, Super Jump is only half as effective.
Developer information
The player's velocity is increased by (not set to) 800 Hammer units per second. If they are using Mega Mann at the time, this value is instead 600 Hu/s. Super Jump is also one of the few powerups that does not require a callback.
