sm_fortressblast (!fortressblast or /fortressblast if using chat) is a command that opens the Fortress Blast 
player manual. The manual quickly introduces new players to the plugin, contains information about powerups and Gift Hunt, and also has basic instructions for server owners that are interested in running it. It is designed to be viewed inside the in-game MOTD, but can be viewed on regular web browsers.
